これ自体が独立したアプリというよりは、システムの「音声入力と読み上げ」を使いやすくしてくれるインターフェイスのようなものです。システムの「音声入力と読み上げ」ではtexteditなどのアプリを起ち上げて読み上げる文を入力しなければなりませんが、このアプリだけで音声の選択、文の入力、読み上げまでができます。

This is not a independent app, but a kind of an interface for the speech of the system. This app makes you enable to select voices, write and speech via just this app. The guys developing the app are very kind to help you.
